One score. Three tiers behind it.
Every Luminelle score is built from the same regulatory sources a cosmetic chemist or dermatologist would cite: EU CosIng Annexes II to VI, California’s cosmetic bills (AB 2762, 2771, 496), California Prop 65, and ECHA’s endocrine-disruptor assessments. Each entry is read for what it says about this kind of product: a ban is a finding whatever the dose, a concentration limit is scrutiny, and a limit the label proves through ingredient order is not scored at all.
