Delete your account.

You can remove your Luminelle account and everything stored with it at any time. No hoops, no retention call.

In the app

Open Luminelle, tap the gear icon, scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm once. Deletion happens immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@luminelle.ai from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your profile and sign-in identifier, your scans and saved products, your food and cycle logs, your journal entries, your skin results, your badges and streaks, and your notification subscription. Photographs you took are stored only on your own device and go with the app when you uninstall it.

Two things outlive the deletion, and only these: backups, which roll off within 30 days, and subscription invoices and tax records, which we are required to retain under Romanian tax law. Neither is used for anything else.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription - only the store that bills you can do that. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings first, or it will keep renewing.
